Production process
Smelting and ingot casting: waste brass, copper and zinc ingots are used as raw materials, smelted in an industrial frequency furnace, and copper liquid is formed after impurities are removed, and then ingots are made through continuous casting.
Hot processing: The ingot is formed into a bar through a hot extrusion process. Some processes will be combined with stretching or polishing to improve dimensional accuracy.
Heat treatment: including annealing (such as quenching and tempering) to optimize hardness and mechanical properties.
Subsequent processing: may involve stamping, turning, grinding and other steps to produce parts of specific shapes.
