Production process

Casting process:

C94300 copper bushing mainly adopts centrifugal casting and sand casting process. Centrifugal casting makes the alloy evenly distributed through high-speed rotating molds, forming a high-density structure and reducing pores and loose defects. Sand casting is suitable for the production of bushings with complex shapes. Attention should be paid to the accuracy of the box during casting and the shrinkage correction after the casting cools. Some processes are also combined with metal mold casting to further improve the mechanical properties of the product.


Processing process:


Pretreatment: including degreasing, shot blasting (removing the surface oxide layer) and phosphating (part of the outsourcing process) to improve the surface quality.

Molding and post-processing: The semi-finished skeleton is formed by machining (turning, drilling, etc.), followed by vulcanization (enhancing wear resistance), trimming and packaging.

Special treatment: Some products use electrolytic copper raw materials combined with high-temperature sintering process to optimize the internal organization.
